Lift Status is key information and communicating it efficiently helps gusts have a great visit. Lifts can be configured as a gondola, carpet, 4-pack etc.
Pre-Requisites
- Set up your Departments
- Configure the Areas
- Create your Lifts, using Assets
Managing Lift status
Proceed to Assets > Lifts and you will see a list of all your lifts grouped by Area.
From here you can click the buttons to signify the Lift is to be open or closed, on hold (for example a wind hold / weather event), started or stopped and a note for the stoppage reason.
Each lift can be set to signify if it will run night operations.
Your lift crew or other attendant can log all stoppages on the lift, along with a reason for that stoppage.
This dashboard is available to all users of Medic52 and so the communication of lift and trail status is easily accessible.
The Trail status can also be connected to your website using the handy Lifts and Trails plugin for WordPress. This will update your website live as the data changes in Medic52 keeping your guests up to date.
