We have three main ways to enable you to export your data.
- Our reporting features allow you to build a report, and display a table plus a chart on screen. You can then download the table to Excel for further manipulation as you wish.
- We can customise the incident report form on our system to your current paper based report, so you can export each incident in a format you would be familiar with. We add a few items on to it, such as photos, a status history log and any notes made as it progressed.
- We also have a powerful API available should you want to export data on a more regular basis, note this requires some programming on your side.
