View a Unit and add additional Modules

From within the “Configuration” module click “Training Passport”.

Edit Unit

1. Click the “View” button to open the modules for the unit.
2. To create a new module in the Unit, click the button “+New Module”.
3. Populate the module information and click “Save”.

• Unit: pre-populated
• Assessment Name: pre-populated with the hierarchy based on the selection
• Validity Period: Duration of time the certification is Valid. Choose by Days, Months or Years
• Assessors:
• Allow anyone who has passed the assessment to be an assessor
