If you wish to refine the position of an incident, you can access and update an existing incident from the “Incidents” menu or from within the map view.
Map view:
- Select the incident pin
- Simply left click on the red map location marker and reposition on the new location by dragging and dropping the pin
Incident Location Field:
- You can access and update an existing incident from the “Incidents” menu or from within the “Map”
- Open an existing incident from the map view by clicking the icon in the top right corner
- Open an existing Incident from the Incident list by left mouse clicking the “View” button
- Simply left click on the red map location marker and reposition on the new location
