What’s New in 6.2.0
This release makes it easier to get your team onto the app, smartens up the dispatch map, speeds up reporting, and continues to strengthen how your data is protected.
✨ New Features
- One-scan app onboarding — The Users page now has a downloadable QR code for get.medic52.com. Print it for locker rooms, patrol huts, or onboarding packs — anyone who scans it lands in the right app store (App Store on iPhone, Google Play on Android), ready to sign in.
- Smarter dispatch map incident panel — When you create an incident from the dispatch map, the form now shows the related fields that match your resort’s setup — a Class selector, a cascading Category → Type, and Area → Trail — so you capture the right details in the right order, right where the incident is.
🔧 Improvements
- Faster reports — Large reports no longer time out; incident data and templates are reused within a report run so results come back quickly.
- Reliability fixes across the board — Incident date-range search now handles out-of-range dates gracefully, patroller CSV exports and status reporting are more robust, training reports return a clean “not found” instead of erroring, and area syncing copes with a resort that has no active areas.
- Continued security hardening — We’ve further strengthened how patient and incident data is handled and protected across the platform.
🐛 Bug Fixes
- Incident photos in card view now display correctly again, with quick open and a confirmed-replace action.
- Login endpoints handle unexpected input safely instead of erroring.
