What’s New in 6.1.0

This release adds a powerful new way to pinpoint a caller on the dispatch map, and strengthens sign-in security right across the platform.

✨ New Features

  • Locate a caller with AirFlare — When you take an incident call, you can now find the caller’s location straight from the dispatch map using AirFlare. If the caller has the AirFlare app, they’re located directly; if they don’t, they get a one-tap text-message link that returns their location the moment they tap it. It’s a fast, high-yield way to reach someone who can’t read coordinates back to you — exactly when it matters most. Available in the US and Canada — read how AirFlare works, and contact us to switch it on for your resort.

🔧 Improvements

  • Stronger, unified sign-in — Signing in to Medic52 now runs through one secure path across the web and the mobile app, protected by two-factor authentication. We’ve also added safeguards against repeated failed sign-in attempts and sharpened our security monitoring, so your resort’s patient and incident data stays better protected.
