What’s New in 6.1.0

Following our big 6.0.0 redesign, the last few weeks are all about the map and day-to-day operations — richer, more accurate maps, cleaner incident photos, and faster ways to find people, places and equipment across your resort.

✨ New Features

  • Your own Location Types — You can now define your own types of location and give each one its own map marker, then switch each type on or off on the map. Your map speaks your resort’s language — aid stations, evac points, base of ops, whatever you use.
  • Distance markers along trails — Trails can now show numbered distance posts (in kilometres or miles) right on the map, so you can pinpoint “runner down at the 7 km marker” in seconds — a big help for endurance events and long runs.
  • Tidier map layers — Trails on the map can now be grouped into collapsible sub-groups, and each resort can hide the trail types or difficulty ratings it doesn’t use. The layers sidebar also shows each location’s own icon, so the list matches what you see on the map.
  • Photo galleries on incidents — Incident photos now display as a clean, dense gallery instead of a long list, and each photo records the date and time it was taken. Attaching and reviewing scene and injury photos is faster and clearer.

🔧 Improvements

  • Faster filtering across your lists — The Users list now filters by Department and Role, and the Locations list has search and an Area filter. Assets, lifts and trails share a single combined list with a consistent header, so finding the right record takes seconds.
  • Cleaner asset checks — Every asset check now belongs to a department, and we’ve fixed cases where a check could drop off the “Due today” view — so nothing scheduled slips through.
  • Sharper sign-on — The shift sign-on screen now hides fields you don’t need and matches how your resort uses radio call-signs, for a quicker start to every shift.

🐛 Bug Fixes

  • Fixed the Location dropdown showing no options when adding controlled-substance stock.
  • Restored the patient’s name and phone number in the incident list and when opening an incident from the map.
  • Existing resorts keep all of their configured incident fields after the latest map updates.
  • Reports now fall back to a sensible date range instead of erroring if a saved report has an out-of-range date.
  • Photo gallery tiles now stay a consistent size and shape.
