This article is for any team member signing in to the Medic52 mobile app for the first time. Your account is created for you by a Manager on the web; you sign in to the app with the same email and password.
Before you begin
- You need a Medic52 account. A Manager creates this for you — there is no self-registration and no “resort key” in the app. See How do I onboard my team onto Medic52?
- Have your Medic52 email and password ready. If you have never set a password, use Forgot password on the sign-in screen or the web. See How do I reset my password?
How do I sign in?
1. Install the Medic52 app from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android).
2. Open the app and enter your email address. The app looks up which region your organisation is in.
3. If your email is linked to more than one region, choose the correct one when prompted. Most people are only in one region and won’t see this step.
4. Enter your password and sign in.
You’re now signed in. If you belong to more than one resort, your first resort opens automatically and you can switch between them from the Profile tab.

I don’t have an account — how do I create one?
You can’t create your own Medic52 account in the app. Accounts are issued by your organisation and set up by a Manager on the web. Ask your patrol manager, risk manager, or event safety lead to add you, then sign in with the details they set up.
Which phones does the app support?
The Medic52 app runs on iPhone (iOS) and Android phones. It is built for phones rather than tablets.
I forgot my password.
Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen, or reset it on the web. See How do I reset my password?
