Also register an account over at app.medic52.com and I’ll help you out with some configuration there. If you would like to have a free trial we’ll organise that on this call too.

Be prepared for a few questions – I’ll be asking you about your operation, dispatching, team make up (volunteer days / paid patrollers), number of season days and your insurance adjuster as all these things have an impact on how we set up the system for your use!
