There’s now a QR code you can download straight from the Users page. Print it, stick it on the patrol-room wall, drop it in the onboarding pack, tape it inside a locker door — wherever your team gathers.

Anyone who scans it lands in the right place automatically: the App Store on an iPhone, Google Play on Android. No typing, no “which one do I tap”, no wrong app. They open Medic52, sign in with the login you set up for them, and they’re on.

It’s a small thing. It’s also the difference between kit-up day taking ten minutes or an hour.

A dispatch map that asks the right questions

When a call comes in, the fastest report is the one that only asks what’s relevant. In 6.2.0 the incident panel on the dispatch map now shows the fields that fit the situation as you go — a Class selector up front, then a Category that reveals its matching Type, and an Area that narrows to its Trails.

So instead of scrolling a wall of fields, dispatch captures the right details in the right order, right where the incident is dropped on the map. Fewer taps, cleaner records, less back-and-forth to fix a report later.

Faster reports, fewer rough edges

Big reports used to be able to time out on the largest resorts. Not any more — 6.2.0 reworks how a report pulls its data so results come back quickly, even on a full season of incidents. Alongside that, a run of reliability fixes: date-range searches that shrug off odd inputs, sturdier CSV exports, and incident photos that display cleanly in card view again.
