Here’s today’s release for app.medic52.com on the web.

We’d love to hear what you would like to see in Medic52, so please reach out with your suggestions!

NEW

  • The application can now be translated into French. If you are a French speaker, you may now go to a user profile and change the language from English to French or vice versa.
  • L’application est désormais disponible en français. Si vous êtes francophone, vous pouvez accéder à votre profil utilisateur et modifier la langue (anglais/français ou inversement).
  • Enhanced permissions around different modules. If you wish to allow access to the system from someone in a different department, but they should not have access to the incident system, then this is now possible.
  • You can now choose to have a structured phone number input to ensure the right numbers are in place and a country code is there as well.
  • When you add a location to the Assets areas, this will now sync into the Incident form. For example, if you need to record where you drop off a patient after transport, we can now add that Locations field for your recording as well.
  • You can now attach a document a job, for example, a PDF to illustrate or add more data to that.
  • Added trail type filter to the asset configuration screen.
  • Added coordinates to trails under configuration and assets. This is the precursor to more fine-grained management of trails, lifts, and areas.
  • Added the capacity to have labels display on the dispatch map for trails and lifts.

FIX

  • Fixed an issue where adding a new asset, like a trail or lift, was not synchronising correctly into the incident entry form.
  • An issue with the age calculation being output next to the date of birth. Periodically, this was disappearing; that is now resolved.
  • An issue whereby, when you try to assign a job to more than one person, the user interface prevents you from proceeding.
  • Fixed a login issue where case was important for email validation.
