Features released today on the web:

• Note dates and times are now correctly in your timezone
• ​You, and your patient can now sign an incident on screen
• Patrollers in the assigned to list are alphabetically ordered
• Map icon made smaller, timer removed and now only shows the incident id.
• Map icon is also coloured to match the incident status
• Fixed updating of a user record, phone is no longer required.
